About C4B

C4B was formed in 2001 out of the dissatisfaction with another networking club that was too formal and rigid. That has set the theme for C4B as being flexible and informal. Any organisation may join. In principle only one organisation of a particular type may join. However, C4B has practiced flexibility in allowing similar organisations to join as long as it was made clear that they restrict their offerings to separate areas. The main criteria is that members know who to refer people to for each particular service.
